# BuyMyVisa > BuyMyVisa processes visas and travel documents for your Indian travellers, checked by a person against the passport before filing. Thailand and Malaysia arrival cards are live today. BuyMyVisa is a visa processing service for travel companies in India (B2B). Staff add their travellers, a person checks every application against the passport, and BuyMyVisa files it on the official site. It is an independent service, not a government agency. ## Destinations - Thailand, Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) (live): Filed end to end. The card's PDF lands on your order page. - Malaysia, Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) (live): Filed by our team. We forward the PIN and card to you. - Sri Lanka, Tourist ETA (coming soon): Electronic travel authorisation for holidays. - Singapore, SG Arrival Card (coming soon): Singapore's arrival card for visitors. ## How it works 1. Add your travellers: Enter the trip once for the whole group and upload each passport, or send a traveller a private link to fill in their own. No login needed on their side. 2. A person checks it: Passport details are read for you, then your team or ours compares every field with the passport images before anything is filed. 3. We file the application: When the destination's filing window opens we submit it on the official site. You track each traveller on the order page and get their document when it is done. ## Visa guide What an Indian passport holder needs for each destination BuyMyVisa covers, from the official sources: [visa guide](https://buymyvisa.com/visa-guide/). - Thailand: No visa for a holiday. Today we file Thailand's and Malaysia's Digital Arrival Cards (TDAC and MDAC) for holiday trips. Sri Lanka's Tourist ETA and Singapore's arrival card are next, with more visas to follow. ### Which travellers can you file for? Indian passport holders. The passport has to be valid for at least six months after arrival; we check this before filing. ### When is an application filed? Each destination sets its own window. Thailand and Malaysia accept an arrival card only within three days of arrival, so you can enter the application any time before that and we file it once the window opens. ### What does the traveller receive? The official document for their trip. For Thailand, the TDAC PDF is on your order page to download and share. For Malaysia, the PIN and card are emailed to us and we forward them to you. ### Can a traveller fill in their own details? Yes. Send them a share link from the order. They upload their passport and enter their details without an account, and your team confirms before it goes to review. ### How is passport data handled? Passport files are kept in private storage, separated per company, and images are deleted after the review (within seven days at most). Other companies can never see your travellers. ### Are you a government agency? No. BuyMyVisa is an independent service that files on official sites for you. The immigration authority decides entry. ## Document checklists Printable lists of the documents an Indian passport holder needs, by destination, purpose and work status: [all checklists](https://buymyvisa.com/documents/). - [Documents required for an Australia visa](https://buymyvisa.com/documents/australia-visa/): A Visitor visa (subclass 600), applied for online in ImmiAccount from outside Australia: the Tourist stream for holidays and family visits, the Business Visitor stream for business.
